How do I sign in to my online training account?
Visit our Online Store and click the Login button at the top-right. Enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it. If this is your first time purchasing a course you will be asked to Register for an account.
How do I register for a course?
Browse the Course Store, add the desired course to your cart, and check out. You'll receive immediate access upon payment.
Can I purchase courses for my team or company?
Yes! We offer group licensing, team dashboards, and training portals for companies. You can assign courses, track employee progress, and manage training records with ease. Customers can also contact Action-Safety directly to assist with group purchases and setting up course access codes tailored to their team’s needs.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We provide volume-based pricing. Contact us for a customized quote.
Are your courses aligned with Alberta OH&S regulations?
Yes. Our online safety training courses comply with both provincial (Alberta OH&S) and federal safety standards. Content is reviewed and updated regularly.
Do you offer soft skills training too?
We do. Topics include leadership, communication, customer service, and mental health awareness. Visit our online store and search for topics that may be of interest to you or your organization.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. A digital, printable certificate is available immediately after passing the course exam.
